Broadway In Atlanta Reschedules 40th Anniversary Series

Broadway in Atlanta is gearing up for its 40th season, which will include Hamilton, Disney’s FROZEN, Mean Girls and more.

The anniversary season was previously slated to start in August 2020, but Broadway in Atlanta and the Fox Theatre postponed shows because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Exciting news! We have been able to reschedule all shows announced for the 40th Anniversary Broadway in Atlanta season at the Fox Theatre,” Broadway in Atlanta announced in a Facebook post. “We are in the process of contacting all season ticket holders. Thank you for your patience! We are so excited to welcome you back in August for this incredible roster of shows.”

Here are the shows scheduled in the current season:

  • Hamilton: August 25 through September 26, 2021
  • Fiddler on the Roof: November 9 through 14, 2021
  • Tootsie: January 25 through 30, 2022
  • Ain’t Too Proud: March 8 through 13, 2022
  • Jesus Christ Superstar: April 19 through 24,2022
  • Disney’s FROZEN: June 2 through 12, 2022
  • Mean Girls: July 19 through 24, 2022

  • Dr. Seuss’ How The Grinch Stole Christmas! The Musical: December 7 through 12, 2021
  • Beautiful - The Carole King Musical: May 20 through 22, 2022
