At least three former Sean “Diddy” Combs staffers have found new work with Usher, including Combs’ former chief of staff Kristina Khorram, according to Rolling Stone.
Rolling Stone reported Thursday (September 24) that the former Combs employees are now working with Usher’s team for his 56-date R&B Tour with Chris Brown.
The group includes Khorram, an unnamed former personal assistant who testified during Combs’ criminal trial, and a videographer who had worked on a documentary about Combs before his September 2024 arrest.
Complex reported that Khorram spent more than a decade at Combs Enterprises and became chief of staff in 2020 before joining Usher’s team this year. Her exact role with the singer remains unconfirmed.
Federal prosecutors identified Khorram as an alleged co-conspirator in Combs’ sex trafficking and racketeering case, though she was never charged.
Prosecutors alleged she helped organize “freak-offs,” obtain drugs, and facilitate efforts to suppress surveillance footage of Combs assaulting Cassie Ventura. Khorram has denied the allegations.
Usher has already parted ways with the former Combs personal assistant, who worked for Combs from December 2021 to September 2024, Rolling Stone reported.
The assistant, who was granted immunity to testify at Combs’ trial, told jurors that his duties included setting up hotel rooms for Combs’ sexual encounters and handling a pouch containing drugs.
Usher’s new videographer also worked with Combs on an unfinished documentary. Footage from the project later appeared in 50 Cent’s Netflix docuseries Sean Combs: The Reckoning.
Usher and Combs have known each other for decades. Combs mentored Usher as a teenager and helped shape his early career, including his 1994 debut album, according to Rolling Stone.
